Return & Refund And Cancellation Policy On The Website
There are certain products like Flowers, eatables, and sweets that are perishable in nature. The company will try to deliver the products once. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful due to non-attendance, or wrong address, or door found locked, the customer shall be charged for the order. The company will not offer any refund in such cases. If, at any time, after ordering you need to cancel an order, please contact the customer care immediately. It will only be entertained before the order is dispatched or is out for delivery. There will be a cancellation fee, that is applicable. Sam’s Cake reserves the right not to cancel the order, if it is already in process, and the raw material has been sourced or purchased. Same day orders are processed immediately, and hence cannot be canceled. The company reserves the right to deny any order unconditionally. Sam’s Cake reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time, without prior intimation. Refunds of non-perishable items will be processed after the product reaches the company warehouse. It will take a minimum number of working days, and the refund shall take place in the same mode as initiated. No request to alter the mode shall be entertained.
Procedure For Return Of Goods/Services
In case the product is found to be damaged on delivery, the customer needs to follow certain procedures. All non-perishable items can be returned. Customers are required to click a video once the delivery occurs. The video should cover the opening of the package. The same has to reach customer care within 24 hours. The company will refund the money for the damaged goods, or send a new product as per the customer’s request. The customer needs to state a valid reason, if he is not happy with a non-damaged product on the receipt. Without the picture, no complaint or refund request will be entertained. Only complaints and requests from registered e-mail id shall be entertained. Sam’s Cakes reserves the right to reject any claims at the discretion of the management. The customer needs to retain the original invoice and packaging for return to the company. Moreover, the return has to be initiated from the same place, where it was delivered. All return and exchange requests must come with a valid reason; without which it will not be entertained. Refunds might take longer, if there is any holiday in between. The customer has to check with his bank or card company for a refund. A mail will be initiated from the company’s end, once process is initiated.
